- Each ticket is valid for one person only, one time during the designated period.
- This exhibition ticket is only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket. Please enter the museum within one hour of the entry time stated on the ticket.
- Depending on the volume of visitors, entry may be delayed.
- Preschoolers are free.

Group Visit
- ・Tokyo City View and Mori Art Museum accept group reservations from three months in advance until 20:00 of the day prior to the stated arrival date. To book a group visit, please contact us using the form below.
- ・Please be sure to read the Regulations before your visit.
- ・After confirming the details of your reservation, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation from the Group Reservation Desk. Your reservation is considered complete when the Reservation Confirmation Sheet is issued.
- ・Group reservations apply for groups of 15 or more.
- ・The group rate will apply only when the reservation is made in advance with the Group Reservation Desk (Please note that group reservations cannot be made on the same day at the ticket counter nor via our dedicated booking website).
- ・We may not be able to accommodate reservation requests when the facility is crowded.
- ・If you would like to book a visit as a class from a school or similar, please contact the Group Reservation Desk by phone.
- ・Please note that there is no parking area for buses inside Roppongi Hills.

1. Take Exit 1C at Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line. Follow through the concourse, and you’ll see three escalators. Take one of them upstairs to 2nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.
2. Off the escalator, keep straight. You’ll see a spider-shaped sculpture (Louise Bourgeois’ Maman).
3. Walk ahead and you’ll find yourself on the walkway in this photo.
4. To the rear on the left a glass-covered building will come into view, which is the “Museum Cone” entrance.
5. “Museum Cone” is the entrance to the observation deck and the museum.
6. There are both elevators and stairs. Go up one floor (3F, Roppongi Hills Mori Tower) by using either one.
