Enjoy the vibrant purple flowers that evoke the feeling of early summer with our Violet AfterMOON Tea, available from Thursday, May 1 to Monday, June 30, 2025.
This elegant and luxurious afternoon tea is inspired by an early summer flower garden.
Desserts include eight floral and fruity creations. The highlight is the Lilac Mont Blanc with Berry, featuring a cream made with seasonal blueberries to resemble lilacs, and the Purple Flower Meringue, a strawberry and cassis-flavored meringue scented with roses. Other highlights include the Strawberry Rare Cheese Parfait with eye-catching floral decorations, and the Marinated Muskmelon, where dill and lime flavors enhance the sophistication.
Savory items include the popular Quiche Lorraine and Edamame Focaccia with Prosciutto Sandwich, among four other seasonal creations by our French chef.
Drinks (non-alcoholic) include Ever Green, a herbal tea evoking a path adorned with fresh greenery, and Violette Fizz, a refreshing drink featuring homemade flower herb syrup and vibrant early summer flowers.
