Okuda Yuta
Born in Aichi, Japan in 1987. After studying fashion design in Japan and England and working as a designer for a fashion brand, Okuda became an artist in 2016 and has been actively participating in solo and group exhibitions in Japan, building a career through production and presentation.
After becoming an artist, Okuda created miniature paintings composed only of calculated lines, but in the past few years, he has been focusing on flowers with an emphasis on randomness.
Okuda’s paintings, which combine paint and colors emphasized by intense strokes coupled with delicate lines drawn with a pen, are immediately captivating to the viewer.

The theme of this exhibition is “Quiet Gratitude,” not the gratitude directed at special events, but rather the ordinary gratitude felt for the blooming of flowers, the presence of animals, and our everyday lives.
